You ever heard of Trabuco Canyon, Caifornia? It’s so small it’s not even a town, barely a 1000 people as of 2020. But it’s got one hell of a name. Trabuco’s the Spanish name for a blunderbuss, and Luke Wattenberg, who hails from there, is certainly built like one.
Standing at 6’4″ and 300lb heavy, the California native performs admirably as the Denver Broncos starting center. And though he’s a beast on the field, he looks undeniably sweet in every picture you’ll ever see of him. And Wattenberg looks his most adorable when posing with his wife, Naomi.
Who is Naomi Wattenberg?

There really isn’t a lot out there about Naomi Wattenberg. She keeps her social media private and doesn’t speak to news media, she’s happy living a private life. We don’t really know where she was born, but we do know she was born Naomi Vaisz, to parents Sonia and David. She has an older sister named Jessica, who graduated from the University of California, Irvine. Naomi seems to have grown up in the city of San Clemente, California, a short distance from the high school both she and Wattenberg attended, JSerra Catholic High School, named after the missionary Saint Junipero Serra.

That’s when they met, and started dating. High school sweethearts seeing it all the way through. They’ve been dating since at least 2016, and they were each other’s prom dates. When it came time for uni, she went to the same place as Wattenberg again. So Luke went to the University of Washington and became a Washington Husky, getting drafted by the Broncos in the 5th round of the 2022 draft. Meanwhile, Naomi graduated in 2022 with a BA in Education, Communities, and Organizations, a versatile degree.
Currently, she hasn’t had a chance to put that degree to use. She spent some time interning as a college and career readiness assistant and nannying, but hasn’t been able to expand beyond that. Her mother, Sonia, works at Advance Media Marketing out of LA, so there’s a chance she might follow in her footsteps at a later date. There’s no crunch, though, Wattenberg’s in the 3rd year of a rookie contract that’s paying out more than a million dollars this year. Luke and Naomi are young. They’ve got their best years ahead of them, why not make the most of it?
