Who is Heather Weeks Bulluck?

Heather Weeks Bulluck is a West Coast original who has a keen heart for business. Born and raised in San Francisco, she beautifully blends her West Coast roots with Southern charm. As shared on Facebook, Heather and Keith said “I do” back on March 23, 2013, at the iconic Union Station Hotel in Nashville, Tennessee.

When the couple went house-hunting in one of the toughest real estate markets in the country, Heather knew exactly what she wanted. In the series Scoring the Deal, Season 1, Episode 9, together they sought out a multi-family property with real character. That is, Heather didn’t just want a dream home, but an income-producing asset. Together, Heather and Keith make a dynamic team.

How have Keith Bulluck and his wife been able to resonate with each other’s values?

Keith and Heather Bulluck’s connection is built on more than just love. Keith’s backstory is challenging. He has been through foster care, family struggle, and a grind-it-out rise to the NFL. “I was fortunate… to live with the family that I was familiar with,” he remarked about landing in foster care as a seventh grader in an interview with Rachel Schramm titled Former Titan Keith Bulluck published by NewsChannel 5. When Keith was looking for his post-football engagement, she backed his move into the Just Love Coffee franchise. It was a mission-driven investment for the couple to do something for the community. After Keith and Heather met the brand’s founder, Rob Webb, whose family adopted two daughters from Ethiopia, Heather said, “It eased my mind… this is not just a cookie-cutter business.” She deeply resonated with Rob’s vision, as she remarks in the video clip published by Just Love Coffee.

Their Just Love Coffee shop at McEwen Northside in Franklin, Tennessee, doesn’t just serve drinks; it serves the community. From using a Ripple Machine to personalizing customer lattes to hosting outreach programs that facilitate adoption and foster care, their café is indeed an extension of their values.
