Justin Jefferson adores his chef, Jorge Almeida, who recently revealed his amazing diet strategy to the fans. The Vikings WR disclosed that his cook smartly lets him eat junk food while still adding good food to his diet roster.

According to the latest series, JJ is the biggest candy lover and enjoys junk food thanks to the support of his chef. “I’m gonna continue to eat candy, eat the junk food, while my body’s still young. You know, there is gonna come a time when that’s gonna have to stop for me. This past off-season, I put more of a plan towards my eating habits and my diet. I was like, man, I want to have a chef to help me out just by putting better food into my body,” the NFL WR stated.

But, just like he sticks to the healthy eating regime religiously, he also loves his guilty pleasures equally. “While I try to stick to a solid regimen during the season and off-season to keep me healthy and productive, there’s always some room for a bit of indulgence and guilty pleasures. I like cookies and ice cream. For ice cream, I’ll take a nice vanilla caramel mix. For cookies… give me some white chocolate macadamia cookies. Those are a hit,” he adds. Indeed, balance is a must, and Jefferson is maintaining the food equilibrium very well.
