“My wife’s incredible”, Frank Ragnow said earlier. It reflects his deep love and affinity for his better half, Lucy Ragnow. With his wifey’s steadfast support, the Detroit Lions center maintains a positive outlook regardless of the circumstances.

Reportedly, Frank is currently dealing with an injury setback, but he is still hopeful to make his return soon. During the Lions’ 20-13 winning match in Week 3 against the Arizona Cardinals, the NFL’s top center, Frank, got injured with a partially torn pectoral muscle. Not only this, previously, he had to miss the 2022 NFL season due to his serious back injury, but he made his strong comeback in the 2023 season with his impressive performance. He shone brightly as a top-flight center last season, securing a high grade for his interior run-blocking. All of this became possible due to the strong off-field backing of his wife. And fans are equally interested in knowing about Mrs. Ragnow.

Who is Lucy Ragnow?

Just like her NFL husband, Lucy Ragnow also has her own distinct identity and is ardently focused on her own career. She is working as a Pilates Instructor, and as per her social media account, Lucy received her STOTT Pilates Level 1 Mat & Reformer certificate in  May 2022. Since then she has been training people with Pilates exercises.

Besides being a Pilates trainer, she’s got a background in marketing, too. She even worked as a category analyst at The CPG by MPG for almost four years. Besides offering impressive retail strategic services, she was also involved in fashion from Aug 2017 to March 2019. Lucy worked as an Associate Stylist and Merchandise Coordinator for Mac & Mia and JL Buchanan. Proudly, she graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Lucy holds a bachelor’s degree in Applied Science (B.A.Sc.), Retail and Consumer Behavior. Besides this, she also has a certificate in entrepreneurship from UW-Madison.  Just like NFL All-Pro center Frank, she also attended Chanhassen High School from 2010 – 2014. Allegedly, it was the place where they both first crossed their paths as friends. Since then, they have been enjoying each other’s company.

Despite being enrolled in different colleges, Lucy Ragnow never missed the boat to cheer him while he was playing college football at Arkansas Razorbacks. And, during their senior year in college, the love between them bloomed as they started dating each other. Later on, the beautiful couple decided to become forever partners.

How long have they been Married?

Frank and Lucy Ragnow beautifully converted themselves from HS friends to husband and wife. 3 years back, in 2021, the adored NFL pair exchanged their forever vows on June 19, 2021, at the Ashery Lane Farm. In the presence of their family and friends, they celebrated their special moment with an idyllic wedding backdrop.

After 2 years of marriage, the Ragnow couple became parents to their firstborn boy, Jon Benson on 9 August 2023. Seemingly, the duo has been wonderfully embracing their parenthood as their Instagram account is filled with lovely snaps of their son. During game days, Frank’s wife and his child are often seen cheering for him by the stands.

On Sept 16during the Lions match, Lucy graced the stadium with his son in a stylish way. Excited for the match, she gave a cheeky caption to her post. “Always proud of 77💙 forever memories cheering on dada xo,” she mentioned in her post caption, showcasing her love for him.

Besides cheering him on the field, Frank and Lucy apparently have a strong mutual understanding of giving back to the community. Last year, the Ragnow couple organized their first-ever #CampHuddleUp for devastated children and their families. Through their Rags Remembered Foundation, they collaborated with Angela Hospice’s Grief Team to determine the most in-need young children for the program.

Thus, one could indeed claim that they have a perfect balance between their personal and professional lives, relishing each other’s company.
