Dexter Lawrence is going into a new chapter! The New York Giants selected Lawrence with the 17th overall pick in the 2019 NFL draft. And since his entry, he has been proving his worth as the defensive tackle for the team.

In just five seasons, Lawrence recorded “266 tackles, defended 10 passes, achieved 21 sacks, made 28 tackles for loss, and delivered 79 hits on the quarterback.” As he continues to draw attention with his significant impact on the field, the 26-year-old is also making headlines off-the-field due to his long-term relationship with Donna McCain.

Dexter Lawrence’s wife, Donna McCain, is a skilled chef who specializes in cooking for professional athletes through her business, Elite Performance Cuisine, LLC. The culinary specialist has a lifelong passion for cooking, and hence, she graduated from Johnson & Wales University, Rhode Island with a degree in culinary nutrition. Lawrence and McCain’s meeting is quite interesting, like a Hollywood romantic movie.

In March 2020, the athlete first met McCain when she prepared meals for him and other NFL players. And obviously, there is no need to explain that the meal did the magic. They hit it off, and soon began dating. Sharing their personal life, McCain keeps on updating her followers frequently on social media. She often shares photos of their travels and time together on Instagram.

Besides serving her profession, McCain also plays an important role in keeping Lawrence healthy and fit for his NFL career. And now after four years of togetherness, the couple married each other on Thursday, June 27, 2024.

Dexter Lawrence shared a series of stories on his Instagram on June 28, giving some glimpses of his marriage with Donna McCain. As per the reports, the couple actually got married on June 27, Thursday. In their wedding outfit, the defensive tackle can be seen wearing a black suit paired with a white shirt and black shoes as his groom’s attire. While, on the other hand, Mrs Lawrence donned her white bridal gown with a side slit and off-white pump heels.

In one of the photos, originally shared by their close pal, Julia Love, with a caption: “The Lawrence’s (with a black heart and an emotional face emojis),” the couple is seen posing while holding each other’s hands. The athlete also shared a couple of videos, wherein McCain could be seen dancing with parents, while the guests could be seen cheering for them.
