Is Toyonnie Smith the secret to Devin Singletary's success on the field?

Devin Singletary‘s been making waves in the NFL, but there’s another MVP in his life calling the shots off the field. Toyonnie Smith, Singletary’s girlfriend since 2018, is proving she’s got a game in the world of fashion and entrepreneurship.

Born on April 25, 1997, in Georgia, Smith comes from a close-knit family. Her parents, Azizi Gillis Harris and Tyron Harris, along with sister Ashley Nicole Smith, have been her cheerleaders long before she met the NFL star. Smith’s journey from Cedar Shoals High School to fashion mogul is as impressive as Singletary’s route from American Heritage School to the New York Giants.

But Smith isn’t just riding the sidelines of Singletary’s career. She’s running her routes with her fashion brand, Enrich46. Before Enrich46, Smith’s fashion game plan started with Closet Queen, a boutique she launched after receiving encouragement from her inner circle. It wasn’t long before she decided to call her plays, transitioning from retail to manufacturing.

“I began researching everything from vendors & manufacturers, different clothing materials and even studying fashion blogs,” Smith shared about her entrepreneurial kickoff. Their relationship playbook isn’t just about career success. It’s filled with mutual support and appreciation. Last year, Singletary surprised Smith with a fully customized 2023 Range Rover.

While Singletary’s been juking defenders, Smith’s been tackling the fashion world. Her journey from launching Closet Queen to becoming a vendor herself is as impressive as Singletary’s 898 rushing yards last season with the Texans.

“I had no idea what I was doing,” Smith admits about her business venture, “I just knew I wanted to offer small business owners what I was looking for myself.” This entrepreneurial spirit mirrors the determination required in professional football, showing how Smith and Singletary are truly on the same team.

Smith’s business playbook evolved as she gained experience. “As business was progressing, I learned to advance with it,” she explains, showcasing a growth mindset that parallels an athlete’s constant quest for improvement. Their partnership extends beyond career support.

Their story isn’t just about individual success; it’s about building a legacy together. From fashion empires to football fields, from touchdown celebrations to diaper changes, Singletary and Smith are proving that the best teams aren’t just found in the NFL.
