Home/NFL

If you’ve followed the NFL for the past decade, DaQuan Jones is a name you may have heard being shouted by the announcers or seen plastered across all the highlight reels. This defensive tackle isn’t just about size (6’4″, 320 lbs!)—he’s got the skills to back it up. With 350 tackles, 17 sacks, and 3 forced fumbles in 155 games, Jones has been the steady wall NFL offenses hate to face. Drafted by the Tennessee Titans in 2014, DaQuan weathered their 2-14 and 3-13 seasons before helping them rise to playoff contenders. Now with the Buffalo Bills, he’s anchoring their defensive line, proving once again he’s a pro’s pro.

But for all his NFL grit, there’s a softer side to this big man—and it’s tied to the powerhouse partner standing beside him.

Who is DaQuan Jones’ wife?

Enter Alexis Jones, the kind of woman who redefines “boss babe” on every level. A Penn State alum and a certified nurse (yeah, she’s got receipts), Alexis is also a fearless entrepreneur who launched her app, Noted. It’s basically the Marie Kondo of online shopping—helping people declutter their lives by managing online returns like a pro. Did you miss a return window before? Not anymore, thanks to Alexis’ vision.

Vision of brilliance as she also owns a couple of rental properties as well. But her brilliance isn’t just about business. Alexis is all about heart. Her app Noted does more than help users save time and keep their sanity because it incorporates a charitable element. The app bridges the gap between users and nearby non-profit organizations by transforming unused items from corner junk to donations for people who need them.

In addition to juggling multiple ventures, Alexis is a mom to their 2 children, a blue-eyed son, their “Young Prince”, & a daughter, Mya Rose. When DaQuan posted, “Words can’t describe how much I love this little person… she’s changed me for the better,” the internet collectively melted. Talk about being the real MVP.

Jones has always been his cheerleader & him not being able to be there to support her at the moment is always excruciating for him.”It’s definitely a challenge, but being here, being in camp helps push that away a little, because you’re back doing what you love to do. But it definitely sucks, day to day,” Jones said. “I’m really proud of her. We’re both doing our things. I can’t be any more happy and proud of her. I’m so happy she’s got this company, and I can’t wait to watch it grow the next few months.”

What’s even sweeter? He’s her co-pilot in dreaming big. As he said during an interview, “You want to see her hit milestones the way she cheers me on during games.”

When did DaQuan Jones get married?

Their love story? Straight out of a rom-com, with a bit of grit and grind. DaQuan and Alexis tied the knot on March 23, forever dubbing it their “to infinity and beyond” anniversary. Their journey started way before DaQuan became an NFL mainstay, and it’s been nothing but touchdowns since.

From romantic Hawaiian getaways (April 2023, anyone?) to game-day glam (cue Alexis rolling up with the Bills’ WAGs on a party bus), they’re couple goals. On Mother’s Day, DaQuan wrote, “Happy Mother’s Day, Mi Amor! I’ve been blessed to see your growth over the years. You’ve never been shy of this ‘shadow’ that some seem to get stuck behind.” And then he listed her many achievements—Penn State grad, nurse, mom, entrepreneur, and so much more. The man is as proud as a coach who just won the Super Bowl.

While DaQuan’s out here sacking quarterbacks, Alexis is building an empire and keeping the family grounded. Whether it’s her birthday on August 30 or their shared milestones, this power duo knows how to celebrate each other.

From dominating on the field to supporting each other’s dreams, DaQuan and Alexis Jones are the kind of team any NFL franchise would be lucky to have. If you think DaQuan’s stats are impressive, wait until you see the scoreboard of their life together. As DaQuan would say, “All I do is come in and work. People just gravitate to you.” Seems like that applies to his wife too.
