As the Eagles‘ legend DE prepares for his last journey on the gridiron, fans have seen him grow as a player, a leader, a husband, and a father. On his path to making a franchise record, it seems like he has a rock-solid support system. And who is that? Well, there is a woman behind every successful man, and Brandon is no different. Carlyne Graham, the wife of Brandon Graham, has many tricks up her sleeve to support her man on his worst days.
Born as Carlyne Ronetta Williams on February 5, 1986, the curly-haired stunner got a degree in sociology and criminal justice from Lane College. After this, she chose the path of a case manager and social services. Although she got the degree in 2008, she met the love of her life before that. Carlyne Williams first met her man at Crockett Technical High School in 2002.
The love story started with a call from Brandon, who was a football player for the Michigan Wolverines at that time, “It ultimately didn’t happen until I was in college when I had the nerve to call her.” Finally, in 2013, Carlyne Williams decided to become Carlyne Graham forever. And now, they are blessed with two children.

Carlyne Graham, the hidden source of power for Brandon Graham
Brandon had his support system ready, even before he joined the Eagles, “When it wasn’t going so good, she was the ear.” Although football was not the cup of tea for Carlyne during the initial stages, she used to support his partner’s passion over phonic conversations. But, the Eagles DE struggled a lot at the start of his career as it was doomed with only 3 sacks in 13 games and a torn ACL injury in a winning game against the Dallas Cowboys.
After being questioned on his viability as a starting DE for the Eagles and being toyed with the term “bust”, Brandon broke down. “He didn’t want to play anymore” is what Carlyne said, and this is where she became a pillar of strength for her husband. While staying calm as a land breeze, Carlyne asked Brandon to sit and think about his reason for being an under-performer.
She became a sounding board for Brandon as she was well-versed in mental health education. This communication between Carlyne and her husband gradually prompted the Eagles’ DE to work more on his body and get some vet advice on the pro game. Eventually, the 36-year-old turned the tide and became a gift for Philadelphia. With the upcoming season, excitement builds as the fans will see the end of a chapter. Is Brandon going to come up against the Ravens on August 10? Let’s see but one thing remains, Carlyne will be by side, supporting and encouraging the professional.
