Throughout the first half of last season, the veteran running back primarily played on special teams. However, he eventually rose to the position of No. 2 running back, thus beginning the final four weeks. During this period, he averaged 2.0 catches for 14.5 yards and 11.8 carries for 52.4 YDS (4.5 Yards Per Carry) scoring three touchdowns over the last eight games.

As a second-year player, he became a bright spot and a source of hope for the team. This was especially evident as the season took a downturn following the injury to quarterback Kirk Cousins, which derailed the team’s chances of bouncing back from a 1-4 start. Irrespective of the challenges, Chandler has shown an exceptional trajectory of growth, looking forward to a better season.
