Mason Rudolph had a great start as a Pittsburgh Steelers but over the years, his workload diminished. While his time at Pittsburgh might have been a great learning curve, it was about time he found a place where he could showcase his football prowess. Rudolph has seen the ups and downs of the NFL in just four years. But his parents, Brett and Jamie Rudolph have been with him throughout. While many players refrain from putting out their family’s business for everyone to see, Mason Rudolph has done the exact opposite. His family is quite interesting, so let’s get to know about them.

Brett and Jamie Rudolph gave birth to Mason on 17 July 1995. However, it wasn’t a coincidence that he found his way into the NFL. The credit for this goes to his father, Brett, a college footballer of his time in North Carolina. Mason’s mother, Jamie, herself has an athletic background. She started her athletic journey in her school days. Later, she evolved into a track and field athlete when she started college.

Mason’s mother comes from Harrisonburg, VA. His father is from Chagrin Falls, OH. While it’s not clear how they met, the Rudolph family now resides in Rock Hill, South Carolina. Their Facebook accounts give a pretty good insight into their lives. The Rudolph family seems to have a farm in South Carolina and live a very modest and humble lifestyle.

Mason’s prowess as an athlete can be credited to his farmer’s lifestyle somehow. His parents chose to stay away from social media for the last couple of years. But the Tennessee Titans QB occasionally shares a few glimpses of them.

Rudolph never skips a beat when it comes to appreciating his mother. The carousel follows up with a very old photo when Mason was just a toddler. Mama Rudolph is holding her son as she stands beside a beautiful horse. But the QB also likes sharing the crucial moments he’s had with his father. A Father’s Day appreciation post tells us about the kind of relationship he has with his dad.

“Happy Father’s Day, Pop,” Mason wrote in an IG post a couple of years ago. The photo shows Rudolph in a Trojans jersey standing with his father, who was attending one of his games. Speaking of attending games, the QBs parents have been supporting him for the longest time. Though we haven’t seen much of them in the NFL games, their presence in Rudolph’s college games is very well documented.

In 2020, the QB took some time off to be with his parents and uploaded yet another photo with his dad titled, “Parents Weekend 2020.” It shows the father son duo smiling at the camera with their arms around each other. There are many other instances where he can be seen with his father.

The 5 year NFL QB has an inseparable relationship with his mother and perhaps his bond with his mother can be summed up in this quote. “To All the Moms that sacrificed so much to be at every, practice, every game, every load of laundry… and always stayed positive no matter the situation. Today is your day. Happy Mother’s Day, Mom. ️”

Rudolph’s luck has given him one more opportunity to shine, but this time it’s with the Tennessee Titans. Hopefully, he embraces that opportunity.
