Who Are Luke Schoonmaker’s Siblings? Meet NFL TE’s DE Brother Mark and Lacrosse Playing Sister Lily at Hamden Hall

For Dallas Cowboys‘ TE Luke Schoonmaker, his siblings hold a special place in his heart!  Making it into the NFL after a successful college career at the University of Michigan where he bagged the All-Big Ten honors in 2022, his blocking abilities have no match. With Jake Ferguson’s injury this season, he found more playtime this season, and Luke is making each moment count.

Luke has always cherished the presence of his family, including his younger siblings, whenever he walks down to the NFL fields. He remarks, “To have everybody in one place and to have it happen at that time, it was pretty special.” And even though Luke’s siblings have busy sporting schedules, they are always there to support him.

Who are Luke Schoonmaker’s siblings?

Born to parents, Scott Schoonmaker and Michelle Schoonmaker, Luke’s younger siblings, Mark and Lily Schoonmaker are twins. Currently Mark Schoonmaker is a senior at Hamden Hall Country Day School in Hamden, Connecticut. With his domineering physique of 6’4″ and 220 pounds, he is on the same path as his big brother.

And, he is more than proud to see Luke make it big on the fields. Mark reflected, “It has been nothing but a pleasure watching Luke fulfill his dreams, especially the humble and hardworking kid that he is. He has taught me so much both on and off the field.”

Even Lily holds her brother in high regard, as she remarks, “Nothing was handed to him. He has remained so humble and stayed true to himself throughout this journey, and I really admire him for that. I am so excited for, this new opportunity for him.”

Lily Schoonmaker is a lacrosse star, as she currently plays for Hamden Hall. Standing at 5’10”, she mostly plays as a midfielder and draw specialist. Back on July 4th, Luke posed alongside Mark and Lily. As Lily stunned, in a bikini-clad suit, she gained significant attention for her toned physique. And, indeed, for their athletic prominence, the attention stands justified for the Schoonmaker family.

Mark Schoonmaker is making quite a name for himself, both as a TE and DE. And he has gained significant attention from a host of recruiters from college programs, including top names like Army, Bryant, Colgate, and Charlotte. And, it could mean that he may seek out a career in professional football, just like his brother.

On the other hand, Lily Schoonmaker is excelling in lacrosse, solidifying her position in high school lacrosse. In 2022, she scored 82 goals as she earned All-State and All-SCC honors. Moreover, she has represented Connecticut in a number of events. All the Schoonmaker siblings are building their own paths and a distinct identity for themselves, putting in quite an effort into whatever domain they are pursuing.
