Cornerback Adoree’ Jackson once said, wide receiver Jalin Hyatt has speed “like Usain Bolt.” Officially running for a 4.40-second 40-yard dash at the 2023 NFL combine, Hyatt made his speed known well. Born on September 25, 2001 at Irmo, South Carolina to mom Enevelyn Hyatt and dad Jamie Hyatt, Jalin Hyatt is the oldest son of the couple. Besides him, Jamie and Enevelyn also share a younger son, Devin, who reportedly plays football for the Arizona Wildcats. However, besides being Devin and Jalin Hyatt’s parents, the couple also comes with a sports background.

Yes! Jalin Hyatt’s father, Jamie is a former college basketball player and semi-professional cyclist. He is also a coach and nutritional trainer for his kids, as seen on his Instagram profile. On the other hand, Jalin Hyatt’s mother, Enevelyn, was a collegiate 100-m sprinter. Hmm, now we know from where the sprinter speed is transferred to the NFL athlete. Talking about the struggles, the former basketball player said, “If the lights got cut off, the boys wouldn’t know why, but we’d get ’em put back on. They never got to take vacations like a lot of their friends. They had what they needed, and probably most of what they wanted. … We made a lot of sacrifices.
