Greg Olsen and Kara Olsen have three kids: Tate, born in 2011, and twins Talbot and T.J., born in 2012. Tate, the oldest, is majorly into sports, just like his dad. Meanwhile, Talbot and T.J. have that twin bond, sharing more than just looks!

However, T.J. has faced some serious health struggles. Born with hypoplastic left heart syndrome, he had to go through multiple surgeries and eventually get a heart transplant in 2021. But here’s the thing, T.J.’s an absolute champ. He’s shown so much strength through it all, and Greg and Kara have made it their mission to raise awareness for pediatric heart health. Their foundation, The HEARTest Yard, is all about having other families’ backs when they’re dealing with similar struggles.

Tate’s all good on the health front and is basically his dad’s mini-me, killing it in football and baseball. Talbot? She’s the chill, creative one, always bringing good vibes with her love for dance.

Who are Greg Olsen’s sons and daughter?

Talbot, Greg Olsen’s only daughter, is the little queen of the family. She loves to dance, and her enthusiasm lights up everything she does. One of many special moments about the father-daughter duo was in October 2022, for her 10th birthday, she and Greg went on a special trip to LA, and Greg shared the cute moment on Instagram: “Celebrated my little girl turning 10 w/ my team @nflonfox this weekend in LA. What a fun trip for the two of us to spend quality time together on the road! #girldad,” with a pic of them hanging behind the announcer’s desk.

Tate, the oldest. This kid’s a beast in sports- be it football or baseball, you name it. He plays Pop Warner football. And In July 2021, Greg Olsen took to Instagram to hype up Tate for all the hard work he’s put in as a star pitcher in baseball. He wrote, “I typically don’t post about my kids playing sports. Every now and then though we share an experience that is too good not to share. I am so proud of Tate and his entire team for all they accomplished. The hard work, personal sacrifice, struggles, and triumphs are teaching these boys the lessons only sports can teach you.” Fast forward to November 2022, Greg was hyped to share that Tate’s team snagged a city championship. And it’s not just football he’s crushing, Tate’s been shining in sports all around!

Tate’s squad ended up winning the Easton Elite World Series in Florida in July 2023. So yeah, this kid has what it takes. Whether it’s on the football field or the baseball diamond, Tate’s got some serious talent. Overall, the Olsen kids, Talbot, T.J., and Tate, are always keeping Greg and Kara on their toes and bringing those good vibes to the family every day.
