Just as Devin Hester’s career shines brightly, so does the beauty of his personal life. Hester is a family man! He has been married to the love of his life, Zingha Walcott Hester after 5 years of dating. So, yeah, we can imagine the great bond between the two! Currently, Zingha, by profession, is a teacher at the Fairway Elementary School, in Florida, and the couple share three kids, all boys–Devin Jr, Drayton, and Denali. And all we could say is the Hesters are blessed to have these three talents at home!

The youngest, Denali, plays football with other kids of his age. He is also a budding basketball star, whose videos of impressive dunks are shared by Devin on Instagram regularly. According to his NFL Hall of Famer father, the 6-year-old is a “rising star” and the “life of the party in the house.” This year, when he celebrated Denali’s birthday on March 9, Devin shared an emotional video celebrating his son’s big day. He captioned it, “It’s my baby boy Denali’s birthday. Can y’all please help me wish this handsome young man a very, very happy birthday and may God continue to bless you with many more.”

Besides Denali, the middle son Drayton is also a football enthusiast. And the NFL’s greatest return specialist sees himself in Drayton. Additionally, the young boy once declared, “I want to be a football player when I grow up.” Inspired by watching his father’s NFL games, Drayton now plays football for Central Florida, with kids his age. Just like his dad, the 11-year-old is meticulous about his gear and even high steps after scoring touchdowns.

Devin believes Drayton is starting to “come out of his shell” and predicts he will be an internet sensation by 2029. Known as Dray, the kid might be shy, but he isn’t afraid to make a splash online with his impressive football skills. Hence, it remains to be seen how far he goes.

The oldest child, Devin Jr., or DJ, is drawn to track and field events. At 15, DJ is a fast runner, poised to make a name for himself in the sports world. Devin proudly shared a video of DJ winning multiple events at a track meet earlier this year, expressing his pride with the caption: “So proud of my oldest son today, great performance at your first 2024 track meet dawg!!!”

Devin’s love for DJ was also evident in a heartfelt birthday post on May 1, where he shared a life-transition video and an emotional note about the joys of fatherhood.
