In the latest episode of the series, his wife revealed, “My mom, dad, and grandmother are really the main people who are reaching out. They usually send me a text. They try not to all call me. My grandma Mimi just texted me, ‘He has to get out of there or he’s gonna get hurt bad.’”
The series also featured the WR’s pain after losing the game, saying, “I gotta get the fuck out of here before I lose my fucking life. I ain’t never been hit this many fucking times in my career. Every game I get fucked up.”

Adams also shares a strong bond with his mom. He is very grateful for his mom’s sacrifices and efforts that helped him become what he is today. In an earlier interview, he highlighted her late-night efforts, revealing that his mom braided his hair late into the night and woke up very early to take him to school, instilling athletic discipline in him.
Besides his mom, his father, Douglas Adams, a former high school basketball player, also greatly influenced his sporting career. Before choosing the NFL world, he played basketball for Palo Alto High School in California, just like his dad. Thus, we can say that athleticism runs deep in his blood.
However, former Green Bay Packers wide receiver’s mom, Pamela Brown, played an important role in motivating him to dominate defense. The wide receiver values his parents’ and wife’s support, which keeps him focused and inspired.

In a 2022 interview with Pivot Podcast, Adams discussed how he first battled with doubts in his head, but his parents’ encouragement helped him persist. “Some of that stuff is (hard) if you don’t have your mind all the way right. And I didn’t; it was hard for me to bounce back… So it’s a lot different now. And, you know, I was able to come out of that just because of my circle. My mom was in my corner, my dad the same way,” he remarked.
Despite being disappointed and losing hope, he stood up again with his family members’ immense support.
