“Even if you score 60 or zero, I will love you no matter what,” Kobe Bryant‘s father once told him after he failed to score a single point in one of his school games. And the rest is history. The 27-year-old was born on Feb 25, 1997, and admitted to Downingtown East High School before playing college football for the Penn State Nittany Lions. After a successful college career and winning accolades like ‘First-team All-Ches-Mont League’, he was selected by the Vikings as an undrafted free agent. But his parent knew that days of darkness had gone. Remembering his mom and dad’s reaction on the day he was selected by the Minnesota Vikings in 2020, Dan said, “They were really happy. They support me so much and love me so much, and I’m super thankful for them.” His parent’s sacrifice and hard work paid off that day when their son made it to the 53-men roster.
