Interestingly, both Williams brothers have deep connections with the Cowboys. Just like his brother, Connor also began his career with the Cowboys. Elder Williams previously signed with the team as a free agent. Allegedly, currently, he has been serving as the Offensive Coordinator and Quarterbacks Coach at Dean College since 2021.

Not only this, Williams also has experience working with FBS Support Staff for 5 years. He served as a JUCO Coordinator. Additionally, he also worked with DFW Texas High School football.
Beyond his professional background, his academic career is very impressive. He completed his graduation degree in BBA in Business Economics from Stephen F. Austin University in 2011. He also received his master’s degree in Education in Sports Science from Akron in 2013
Earlier, the ex-Cowboys player’s older brother, Dalton’s bullying issues with Connor went viral. Previously, Dalton shed light on being hard on him during his childhood. Probably, it might have left a significant impact on Connor’s athletic career. “I was probably hard on him, too. Maybe I contributed to it in some ways. I’m seven years older and he wants to hang out with me and my friends, and he’s just my little brother. So we’d kind of give it to him.”
Reportedly, when Connor was in 5 grade, he was massive in size and weighed 160 pounds. And, it led to bullying from his classmates. As, Dalton who was in 12 grade was granted permission to bring him to wrestling practice to blow off some steam.
And, Dalton explained this further by recalling those moments. He also explained that “those things happening, but as a kid, you’re not aware how much an impact it’s making on your brother.” For him to have gone through that and be where he is today, “it’s an unreal story,” he further added. It indeed showcased that his guidance helped him to accomplish his NFL aspiration.
Impressively, besides from his brother, his six years older sister, Morgan also his biggest cheerleader.
From his Texas college days to till date, she has stood behind him at every step of his way. “I was not a huge help. It was not uncommon for Connor to be the butt of a joke. I feel bad being part of it, but that’s what siblings do. When I was in college, when he was starting to really go through hard times, that’s when I started being there for him and helping him.” Morgan once remarked. It indeed showcased a brother-sister-loving bond.
Besides this, Morgan also adored her younger brother’s optimistic mindset. She added that he went from being the kid everyone pulled on to someone who was doing everything well. “He is such a good person now. I don’t think he fully understands what the metamorphosis looks like from the outside.” She further stated.

Apparently, Dalton Williams initially started playing football as a quarterback at Stephen F. Austin. Impressively, during his Akron days, he enthralled everyone with his records. He posted 25 touchdown passes with 3,387 passing yards as the starting quarterback. That is truly impressive.
