Reportedly, Doug Pederson, who initiated his tenure with Jaguars in 2022 makes an annual salary of a whopping $8.5 million. With his multiyear contract, he is one amongst the highest-paid NFL coaches, currently ranking at 10th position in the list.

And, even though the team is facing some setbacks, Pederson’s strategic adjustments are paying off. He took to helm the Jaguars team after they had finished with a disappointing 3-14 record in 2021. And, Pederson made some solid changes leading them to a 9-8 finish in 2022, as they won the AFC South division.
