Football is so back! This year, though, we have a lot of storylines to look forward to. The Kansas City Chiefs’ 3 peat journey starts today and there couldn’t be a better venue for the NFL Kickoff than the Arrowhead Stadium. The reputation of this game precedes itself and so, many iconic Chiefs supporters have gathered under one roof and one of them is Taylor Swift.

Initially, The Sun confirmed that Travis Kelce’s girlfriend would be attending the season opener and they couldn’t have been more accurate. Maybe she’s here to watch the Kansas City Chiefs execute the plays she’s been drawing up for them (just kidding). While calling plays is a whole new ball game for Travis Kelce’s girlfriend, fashion is something she’s familiar with.

What was Taylor Swift wearing at the Chiefs-Ravens season opener?

You bet Tay Tay showed up in style. NBC Sports was quick to give us a sneak peak of the iconic pop singer walking around the Chiefs facility wearing a denim outfit and some red thigh-high boots to go along with it. The video shared via Access Hollywood said, “She stunned in red hot over-the-knee boots which she paired with a blue denim bustier and coordinating denim shorts.”

The Grammy Award winner walking around with twirled hairs and her signature red lipstick was enough to turn some heads. She “covertly” touched down in Kansas City and headed to the Truman Complex without wasting any time. The singer was being escorted around the Chiefs facility in a golf cart and the front office has left no stone unturned in making the experience smooth for her.

The Kansas City Chiefs take things one step further to accommodate Taylor Swift

Reportedly, the Chiefs have also beefed up their security and per the team president Mark Donovan, “We’ll be prepared for her, and obviously welcome her with open arms.” The KC Chiefs want to be a perfect host to her and are making sure that she gets the ultimate “fan” experience.

While she’s on a break from The Eras Tour, it makes perfect sense for her to show up to the GEHA field. The Chiefs management wanted to aid her in any way possible. “She wants to be a fan. This is her off-time,” Donovan added. She wants to be there to support Travis. We’re going to create that opportunity where we provide that.”

The high stakes game is keeping everyone on the edge and there’s no telling what direction the game is headed to. One thing is for sure, this game marks the beginning of a new era for the Kansas City Chiefs. They have at least 9 games on the road this season so every game counts so they need to win.
