Well, as per reports, one of the reasons behind this was Adams always wanted to play alongside his longtime friend Rodgers. Davante had himself addressed this. When asked by the reporters about him leaving Las Vegas, Davante said, “I don’t mean me going out and having an All-Pro year every time… Sometimes you’ve got to make it easier and get to a situation that allows you to be yourself.” According to NFL experts, that figure is unlikely to stand, meaning Adams may have to wait for a renegotiated contract with the Jets.

Amid all this contract drama, one big question remains: where does Adams want to play—New York or Las Vegas? Adams himself addressed this, saying, “I would love to be a part of this football team. I’d love to go to war with these guys, but it’s a business, and there are a lot of pieces—contractually, and obviously with Aaron’s future—things I can’t control.”
