Marlon Humphrey is making some plans for the next season. Humphrey, his quarterback Lamar Jackson, and the Baltimore Ravens played spectacularly this season. They were considered the top contender for Super Bowl LVIII, being the dominant team.

Despite being the top-seeded AFC team, the Ravens fell in the Conference championship game after a massive defeat against the Chiefs’ defense. However, the team will now look to accomplish their incomplete dream the following season. And it seems Humphrey has already started to plan something for Tyreek Hill, which even Jackson is confused about.

Does Marlon Humphrey have some smashing plans for Tyreek Hill?

In a recent Instagram post, Marlon Humphrey shared a few photos and clips providing insights into his current life and his intentions toward Tyreek Hill. The Ravens cornerback Humphrey shared his photo featuring comedian & YouTuber Bob Menery and Dolphins star player Tyreek Hill — all three posing with swag.

He followed this photo with a video of his son, where the child expressed, “I’m gonna smash this guy,” encouraged by Humphrey. Also, the cornerback reiterated the same words in his caption: “I’m gonna smash this guy 👿OffSzn.” Seeing this, Lamar Jackson playfully chimed in on his official X account, asking Humphrey, “Cuh Ain’t pause that or Nathan MARLON the Fan base asking wat did u mean Big Bra🤣🤣🤦🏾‍♂️”

Like Lamar, fans also didn’t understand his word “smashing.” But many are speculating that it’s for Hill, as he is preparing for another battle in the next season against Miami, planning to defeat them and Cheetah again, after a massive 56-19 blowout win in their last battle of the 2023 season in December.

Besides his plan, Marlon knows how tough it is to cover Hill in games, as he already expressed this in 2022.

Marlon Humphrey playfully mocked Tyreek Hill’s running style?

In a 2022 game in September, Ravens defensive back Marlon Humphrey faced Tyreek Hill, who by that time had a spectacular performance with 190 yards and two scores with 11 catches. During the game, after Hill’s second touchdown, Humphrey, wearing a microphone, shared his amazement with teammates on the sideline.

He expressed bewilderment at Miami’s star player’s unique and unconventional running style, describing it as running “with a limp,” and likening his physique to that of a thumb. Humphrey pointed out that guarding receivers like Hill, who have an unusual running technique, is particularly challenging for defenders. Therefore, covering Hill is difficult as per Humphrey.
