Soon a new replacement is going to happen in the Buffalo Bills home! In the early week of April, the Bills completed a trade, agreeing to send wide receiver Stefon Diggs to the Houston Texans.

In return, they were going to receive a second-round pick in the 2025 NFL Draft. And now, as per a new leaked update from the Bills’ 35-year-old linebacker, general manager, Brandon Beane, is set to make a trade sometime soon.

Buffalo LB Von Miller shared an Instagram story recently for his followers, giving a hint of some huge trade for the franchise to cover Stefon Diggs’ exit. In the video story, animated Brandon Beane could be seen entering on a stage in a crowded stadium, donning a blue suit with black goggles. Miller also wrote a caption saying, “Brandon Beane arriving to the 2024 NFL draft to trade up for a WR.” Showing his faith in his team’s GM, the LB further expressed, “In Beane we TRUST; Bills Mafia LFG.” Although nothing has been confirmed yet about which player will be drafted by the Bills in place of Diggs, the fans are eagerly awaiting a new addition.

As per reports, the franchise could be eyeing Brandon Aiyuk, Tyler Boyd, Tee Higgins, Michael Thomas, or OBJ as potential replacements for their former wide receiver. Apart from them, it is speculated that the Bills could also trade an impressive talent like Rome Odunze, as hinted by The Ringer’s Ben Solak.

Is Rome Odunze a perfect replacement for Stefon Diggs?

The Bills have faced the reality of trading away wide receiver Stefon Diggs. Now, they’re in dire need of help in that position. They’re eyeing the upcoming 2024 NFL Draft for a replacement, and there’s buzz that they might make a big move to secure one. NFL expert Ben Solak from the Ringer thinks they could go all out to grab Washington’s Rome Odunze. Solak, in Up & Adams show, expressed, “If any of the top three fall, and it’s expected to be Rome Odunze, that wide receiver out of Washington…If one of those top three receivers are falling, do not be surprised if the Bills make as big of a Round 1 trade as we’ve seen the last few years.

He highlighted that if Odunze or other top receivers slip down the draft board, the Bills might be on the phone making a significant trade to land one of them. Solak believed Odunze’s stability and reliability could transform the Bills’ offense. Unlike Diggs, Odunze brings a consistent effort and professionalism, qualities the Bills need. Last season, the 21-year-old racked up impressive stats—“92 receptions, 1,640 yards (17.8 average) and 13 touchdowns,” making him a tempting pick for the Bills.

So, what do you think, who can be the next gem for the Bills after Diggs?
