And before you even say it – NO, she’s not just Travis Kelce‘s ex – she’s a sports journalist, fitness enthusiast, and the creator of the health and wellness brand – Tribe Therepē. With 841K followers watching her every move and abs that could probably cut glass, she’s proving that strength isn’t just about aesthetics—it’s a lifestyle.

And recently she gave us all some tips to get into that great shape, by dropping a power-packed fitness post. In the video, she is seen rocking a maroon workout set, captioning it: “Plot twist: I’m the love of my life.”

She explained in great detail that her go-to workout would be – full-body workouts, “Full-body workouts are really the cheat code.” Couldn’t agree more. Full-body workouts do hit every major muscle group while keeping the heart rate sky-high. “This is how you train smart, not just hard,” Kayla said. And honestly? She’s right. In today’s busy schedules, who has the time for two-hour gym sessions?

And don’t worry, if you are here for the glutes and abs secret. Kayla Nicole spilled that too. For the glutes, she says there’s only one answer – hip thrusts, “If you’re not hip thrusting, what are you even doing?” According to her, they work like magic for growing those glutes and adding resistance bands to the workout as a total game-changer.

But to tone them, Kayla’s go-to move is hanging leg raises. “[Cardio is] definitely an understated method to toning your abs and burning through the bloat,” she says. Kayla Nicole claps back at trolls: “Log off, touch grass, and get a psych eval”

Ever since Kayla Nicole and Travis Kelce broke up in 2022. Kayla has received a ton of online hate. But now, she’s calling them out. While talking about how she deals with the online trolls, Kayla admitted on the Straight to Cam podcast: “When it becomes too much, I just have to log out. Because it’s not the real world, there’s life happening beyond the internet.” Though that’s true, it’s pretty rough that she has to log out to escape the hate.

But that was not all, Kayla suggested a pre-evaluation for all the social media users, “People need to start doing psych evaluations before creating an Instagram account with a fake profile and a weird picture.” Not a bad idea, because the kind of comments people make from behind their keypads is just insane.

It has been almost three years since Kayla and Kelce split up and yet trolls still won’t just leave her alone. In an earlier interview, she admitted, “I would be lying if I said that that level of hate and just, like, online chaos doesn’t impact me.
