The Kansas City Chiefs are aiming for a three-peat after winning two consecutive Super Bowls. Just days ago, Patrick Mahomes teased fans with a third-year attempt at the title while rocking out at the Kelce Jam. Now, Travis Kelce also jumped on the bandwagon. The tight end recently revealed that he has his sights set on another Championship win later this year.

In a recent exclusive interview with E! News, Kelce was asked what milestones were left on the athlete’s list. Although most of what he wanted to achieve had been ticked off, the 34-year-old admitted that he would like a “couple more Super Bowls.” The athlete also elaborated on what he meant by adding, “I told you, that feeling in the end zone was the greatest feeling, man.” The tight end would know, after all, he had been in that position twice now.

Kelce also continued that he was looking forward to hosting the championship trophy after the match. He even called the moment, “The Mecca.” Although the 34-year-old may want to break the curse that has plagued every NFL team ever, it might be a little harder than expected. After all, just like the Chiefs, the Green Bay Packers, Steelers, and even 49ers have all tried their hands at three consecutive Super Bowl wins. However, it has never worked out the way they hoped.

In fact, even the Dolphins had once come close but lost the 1974 divisional rounds to the Raiders. While it might be a huge stretch for the Chiefs, Kelce is not the only one ready to lead the team to new heights. Even his teammate, Patrick Mahomes, shares the same plans as his favorite tight end.

Patrick Mahomes hypes up the Kelce Jam with a Super Bowl promise

A few days ago, Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes proved that they know how to have a good time. The Chiefs duo headed to the Kelce Jam at the Azura Amphitheater in Bonner Springs to enjoy the music festival. Although the quarterback stole the show as soon as he walked in with his wife, Brittany, the 28-year-old was only getting started.

During 2 Chainz’s performance, both Kelce and Mahomes were invited up on the stage. With the teammates taking turns to address and hype up the crowd, the excitement went through the roof. The QB then asked the crowd, “Kansas City! How we feeling out there tonight? Are we gonna turn up at Kelce Jam or what?! Let me hear!”

After a wave of cheering, the Chiefs’ QB added some fuel to the fire by hyping up the audience with a Super Bowl tease. Mahomes stated that “back-to-back” Super Bowl championships were not “good enough,” before promising concertgoers that the team would be going for “three of ’em!”

Mahomes and Kelce might have their eyes on a new goal this season. However, fans are waiting to see how the team handles their newcomers when they take on Lamar Jackson and the Ravens in a re-match later this year.
