It seems like a tight schedule for Travis Kelce this offseason. After the Super Bowl win, the Kansas City Chiefs tight end might try his hands in a new field. Just like his elder brother, Jason Kelce, who is potentially planning for a television host role after retirement, the 34-year-old is also planning to host some big events this time around.

As per the reports, Travis Kelce is in talks to host a new game show for Amazon Prime, a reboot of the old show “Are You Smarter Than a Fifth Grader?” Although nothing has been confirmed yet, with Kelce continuing to subtly dodge the question even in the recent interview, the athlete did give out other updates mentioning how he is currently focused on another big event – the Kelce Jam.

In the latest interview with ET, Travis Kelce revealed his excitement for Kelce Jam 2024, a music festival he started last year to celebrate the Chiefs winning the 2023 Super Bowl. The first festivals had co-artists like Machine Gun Kelly, Rick Ross, and Loud Luxury. He announced on Tuesday, April 2, that this year’s lineup includes Lil Wayne, Diplo and 2 Chainz, Irie, and E-V.

Promoting his upcoming event, Kelce expressed, “I’m here to get everybody excited for it. May 18th. So lock it in your calendars. Kelce Jam presented by Jim Beam……We got the music and the food fest as well. We’re gonna have Wingstop. We’re keeping it fun. We’ll keep it light-hearted.

Besides that, the host also asked him about his rumors about hosting a new version of “Are You Smarter Than a Fifth Grader?” To which, Kelce replied, “I can’t confirm that…..I can’t talk too much about it, but I’m definitely out here in the entertainment world dabbling around and becoming a professional in that group, in that career field.

Although the Tight End didn’t confirm the news of his hosting the reboot of the show on Amazon Prime, he did leave behind excited fans with his news of being set to host his second music festival at the Azura Amphitheater in Kansas City.

Travis Kelce is in the talks to host a new version of the game show “Are You Smarter Than a Fifth Grader?” on Amazon Prime video. This would mark his move into entertainment, following his appearances on “Saturday Night Live,” the reality show “Catching Kelce,” and his podcast with his brother. Amazon Prime Video and Kelce’s agency, CAA, have not commented on the deal yet. However, there are concerns about Kelce’s availability if he continues playing football.

The new version of the show would feature celebrity guests instead of children, departing from the original format hosted by Jeff Foxworthy. The show has a history of success, airing for several seasons on FOX before moving to Nickelodeon. Other athletes like Michael Strahan and Peyton Manning have also hosted game shows like, “The $100,000 Pyramid” and “College Bowl,” respectively.
