The brothers have a bandwagon of fans behind them. On the one hand, Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift’s romance has been as colorful as ever, and on the other, fans are getting emotional over Jason Kelce’s decision.
Whatever the Kelce brothers’ stance on football, Rich Eisen supported the NFL duo. He praised their parents for raising them to be a tough bunch. In a recent segment of The Rich Eisen Show, the famous journalist shed some light on the Kelce family’s home situation and how it honed the NFL duo.
Rich Eisen’s shout out for Jason’s parents

On the show, the hosts pondered the idea of Travis Kelce retiring. But that may not be imminent in the immediate future. He praised the duo’s parents, Ed and Donna Kelce, for raising their sons to be comfortable with their emotions. We’ve seen Jason Kelce get emotional announcing his retirement. Eisen thinks that this emotional vulnerability is a “sign of strength.”
“Whatever Ed and Donna laid down in their household that these two guys are so in touch with their emotions and comfortable sharing, it should be bottled up and you know taught and shown if necessary to any parents you know. And obviously, I relate; I’ve probably done more crying on this set than you know anybody,” said Eisen.
He added, “I have no problem showing my emotions on the air, none, full… whenever I can. I don’t I don’t mind it I get choked up, I think it is a sign of strength and um uh emotional normalcy if that’s such a thing to share it.”
However, it’s not just Rich Eisen who has gained more respect for Jason Kelce. It’s the Philadelphia Eagles squad as well.

In a recent episode of the New Heights podcast, the brothers had the chance to listen to what the Eagles had to say about Kelce’s retirement. The former Eagles center got praise from Nick Foles, Jordan Mailata, Beau Allen, Jalen Hurts, and Chris Long on a hefty list of heartfelt messages.

Many others, like Kelce’s brother’s parents, Rich Eisen and even Shaquille O’Neal, came forward to wish Jason Kelce a happy retirement.
