Tom Brady and Rob Gronkowski have been friends now for over a decade since 2010. Together they have achieved multiple Super Bowls and conference championships. Both have parted ways from the football world. However, it seems Gronkowski is ditching his loyalty to Tom Brady and moving towards the Chiefs this time.
Brady is now connected to the Raiders. And both TB12 and Gronk have been associated earlier with the Patriots and the Buccaneers. In light of this, Rob Gronkowski believes the Chiefs have a strong chance to win again. Hence, in order to support their recent DeAndre Hopkins trade, Gronk shared his perspective on the newcomer under coach Andy Reid and quarterback Patrick Mahomes’ leadership.
During a recent appearance on Up & Adams Show with Kay Adams, Rob Gronkowski pointed out that the wide receiver, Hopkins, hasn’t been on many winning teams recently. Going to the Chiefs under coach Andy Reid will change that. He emphasized that Reid “knows how to utilize players in every which way, in every aspect of the game, and that’s what he’s going to do with DeAndre Hopkins.”

Hence, he believes ex-Titans WR’s career will be revived. Also, the Chiefs will be “utilizing him to his max potential,” becoming a “much more dangerous” team with him. In addition to that, Gronkowski also expects DeAndre Hopkins to be used in creative ways, due to Patrick Mahomes and Andy Reid’s leadership.
Therefore, it might be a kickstart for the golden career of Hopkins. This is also because Rob Gronkowski believes that the Chiefs can do what the Patriots couldn’t!

Gronkowski believes Mahomes and his team can achieve a 3-peat?
Proudly sitting at 6-0, the Kansas City Chiefs is the only team that hasn’t lost a single game this season by far. As we all know after achieving two consecutive Super Bowls, Patrick Mahomes and Co. are eyeing a three-peat this season. And till now, it seems they might emerge victorious. This is also believed by former tight end, Gronkowski, who, in a recent interview with Fox News Digital, said, “Just to see the Chiefs two-peat is spectacular enough. To see them do possibly three this year, I mean, they’re going to be the first ones to ever pull it off, if they can pull it off, and I think they have a legitimate chance because I feel like their team upgraded. They lost a couple of guys, but I feel like on the offensive side of the ball, they got Patrick Mahomes more weapons (just like DeAndre Hopkins).”

In addition to that, on the defensive side, they have Chris Jones to lead the defense. Hence, seeing all these, “A three-peat is definitely possible.” However, the NFL being the NFL, can change any time for any player or any team. Hence, keeping the same thought in mind, Gronkowski believes that the team has a target on its back. For this three-peat to happen, everything will have “to fall in place….The injuries have to stay low. Everyone has to stay healthy. Players have to be clicking. There has to not be any turmoil in the organization.” Then only, the Chiefs can win another one!
No team has been able to pull three straight Super Bowl wins in the league till now. Patrick Mahomes and his Chiefs have an opportunity this time!
