The NFC and AFC championships are settled and the Eagles flock will fly to New Orleans for the 59th Super Bowl in the upcoming days. Super exciting, right? But as the one-time Super Bowl champions prepare hard for the final showdown, seven-time Super Bowl champion Tom Brady has come up with predictions for Jalen Hurts and his team. Wanna know what predictions Tom Brady has made? Read on below!

Tom Brady was on The Colin Cowherd Show on Thursday. And when the host asked Brady about the potential difficult times for Jalen Hurts from the Chiefs defense, Brady said, “Unless a quarterback has total operational control of what he’s doing it’s going to be very hard against the Spagnuolo defense.” Then Brady elaborated his take on Steve Spagnuolo’s defense.

It’s extremely important for the Eagles and especially, Jalen Hurts what Tom Brady said further. Brady continued, “Spags is going to put so much pressure on the protections and on the offensive line and on the quarterback to sort things out after the snap because some things look a bit unconventional.” He continued, “They’re all on the right and they come to the left they’re all on the left and they come from the right. And everyone’s spinning the defense at the snap of the ball and it gets very difficult for the quarterback if you’re not anticipating where the problems might be. And you may get lucky every once in a while to make a play work.” So, it’s gonna be a long night if Spagnuolo‘s defense gets heavy on Saquon Barkley and Jalen Hurts.

Can Jalen Hurts outsmart Spagnuolo's defense, or will Brady's prediction haunt the Eagles?

Have an interesting take?

The spectators for Thursday’s practice sessions included DeVonta Smith, Dallas Goedert, Moro Ojomo, Landon Dickerson, Cam Jurgens, and Kenny Gainwell. Smith has an injured hamstring and fans were hoping that he would return as FP by Thursday. In the championship game, the WR was on the field for 83% of snaps and caught all four of his targets for 45 yards. Apart from Smith, Goedert is dealing with an ankle injury and taking rest. Ojomo injured his shoulder, but he’s expected to return since he has played all three postseason games so far. With 10 days to go, we can take the absentees from yesterday’s practice with a pinch of salt. The good news, however, was that veteran DE Brandon Graham returned to practice for the first time since tearing his triceps in Los Angeles late in November.
