Everything starts from the ground up, where they make space for the fields, construct a seating area, close the boundaries, and later, cover the stadium with a dome. Located at the East Bank of the Cumberland River, the future stadium is also set to host Super Bowls, WrestleMania’s, Final Fours as well as College Football Playoffs. The sTitans tadium is set to host a 60,000-seat capacity.
The funding breakdown is as follows; the Legislature has approved $500 million in bonds in 2023, along with Metro Nashville chipping in about $760 million towards the project. So far, the motion to increase hotel tax in the city has been approved which will go towards the construction. Also, sales tax from in-stadium purchases and ticket sales will also go towards paying the debt for the stadium.

The construction company Polk and Associates owner Reggie Polk mentioned that he might be able to deliver the stadium by February 2027 or sooner.
Tennessee Builders Alliance (TBA), consisting of Nashville-based I.C.F. Builders, Brentwood-based Polk & Associates, Turner Construction Company, and AECOM Hunt, is serving as the construction manager for the Titans stadium project, per Sports Illustrated.
