Andy Reid coached the Eagles for 14 years before taking up the mettle with the Chiefs. In a recent press conference on the Chiefs’ official YouTube channel, Andy Reid was asked a question on the dangerous tush push play that is frequently deployed by the Eagles and always yields good results for them.

Reporters asked Reid in a curious tone “Coach I am just curious when you see the brotherly shove, tush push whatever you call it, what kind of time do you think they are spending?” The reporter also emphasized knowing if the coach feels impressed by looking at the strategy and gameplay displayed by the Philadelphia team in using the said tough technique.

Reid gave a quick response, saying, “Yeah that was a tough one to practice, you almost have to do it live, so I don’t think they are spending a ton of time, I just think they are good at it. I mean they are inside three, they have done a pretty good job at it.”

He also indulged how the team has over time grown familiar with it and hence holds such a command over it. Alongside the response, Andy Reid commended the Eagles’ playing style ahead of the big clash, which will witness Patrick Mahomes once again going after the in-form team.
