Dak Prescott has been with the Dallas Cowboys since they picked him 4th overall in the 2016 NFL draft. Now his teammates want fans to put some respect in his name. Regardless of coming up short against the Philadelphia Eagles, Prescott is enjoying support from his peers.

The LB for the Cowboys Micah Parsons heaped praises on his QB Prescott after the Eagles game. Prescott has been lighting up the gridiron for years now in the service of the Cowboys franchise. And the young LB has extraordinary faith in him.

Before the battle with the Eagles, QB Prescott was billed as something to look forward to and he did not disappoint. As Parsons said to ESPN after the game, “He (Prescott) outplayed everyone today”. His battle with the 25-year-old Hurts was as electrifying as expected. But Parsons exemplified Prescott’s nature as he said, “Dak’s a freaking warrior. That’s Dak Mother F****** Prescott. He is a dog, a warrior”.

The 30-year-old QB certainly had a memorable game and in terms of stats he outshone even Jalen Hurts. As made 3 TDs while covering 374 yards. However, after the team’s loss in the recent match, the QB’s teammates are coming forward with their support for him. And that is completely warranted.

Dak has been having a phenomenal season so far, with 2011 yards for 13 TDs, he is on the shortlist for MVP candidates. With the Cowboys now 2nd in the NFC East. Dak and Co. must get ready to face another divisional rival in the New York Giants.

The Cowboys will look to rope the Giant

The Dallas Cowboys (5-3) will host the New York Giants (2-7) on Sunday in a Week 10 matchup of NFC East rivals. They have won 10 of their last 11 games against the Giants. And will look to make it 11 out of 12 next week.

The Giants have struggled on both sides of the ball. Their QB Daniel Jones has shown flashes of potential but has also been plagued by turnovers and inconsistency. The Cowboys have a clear edge over the Giants in almost every category and should have no trouble extending their lead in the division. The Giants will need a miracle to pull off an upset, or at least keep the game close.

Dak Prescott should enjoy the home-field advantage and continue with his spectacular season. Not only solidifying his MVP run but also the trust of teammates such as Parsons.
