The Jacksonville Jaguars had made quite a dent in the AFC South, but that was until they played against the Cincinnati Bengals in a nail-biter. The Jags came out with a couple of injuries in the game, and some were even ejected early on in the game because of their injuries. One of the main ones was the ankle hit that Trevor Lawrence took in the fleeting moments of the game.

Of course, this puts the Jacksonville Jaguars in jeopardy for a couple of future games. Although the injury is not serious and there is nothing broken or torn, Lawrence might miss a game or two at the most crucial time of the season. However, people have come in support of this Jacksonville star, and he and his wife Marissa Lawrence didn’t shy away from showing their appreciation either.

It was the 4 quarter when Trevor Lawrence fell to the ground and was slow to get up. Upon multiple replays, one could see that Lawrence lost balance and a Bengal fell on him to make it even worse. Trey Hendrickson even took a knee for Lawrence. In the wake of all this,

Lawrence of course has been getting thoughts and prayers from fans and he is grateful for it. His tweet on X was simple as he wrote, “Thanks to everyone for the prayers and everyone that reached out🙌🏼 It is much appreciated.”. Not only this, but his wife Marissa Lawrence also has her Instagram jumping from all the support she is getting from the fans and close ones.

She posted a story on her IG, where she just endlessly scrolls her IG notifications and all one could see were people praying for Lawrence and showing their support to his wife as well. Whether the Jags QB1 will return to the field anytime soon is still a mystery.

It would seem like the Jags QB1 is already evaluated and would not need any surgeries to improve the injury on his right ankle. The Jags HC Doug Pederson restored some confidence in people as he said, “Everything’s stable, looks good. We’ll see how he is in a couple of days,”.

Apart from Lawrence, the WR Christian Kirk left the game early due to an injury, and Tre Herndon was ruled out due to a groin injury.
