Terry Bradshaw has been working with FOX since 1994, but this might be his cue to hang up the microphone. The rift between him and Michael Strahan has been growing for a while now. On multiple occasions, Bradshaw had to remind Strahan that he hurt his feelings. But this time, Strahan really struck Bradshaw’s nerve.
The usual suspects, Howie Long, Michael Strahan, Rob Gronkowski, Terry Bradshaw, and Curt Menefee hosted this episode of FOX NFL Sunday. They were discussing their MVP list in the “Who’s your MVP?” section of the program and things got a bit heated.
Strahan pointed out how the former Vikings RB, Adrian Peterson, was the last non-quarterback to win the MVP (in 2012). He also believed a non-quarterback should be heading the MVP debate, considering how Derrick Henry and Saquon Barkley are doing this season.

Bradshaw was championing quarterbacks and the conversation got a bit heated when Bradshaw admitted, “I actually should have won it [debate] more and I did and I’m a little upset.” His colleague took a subtle jab at him, saying they didn’t keep the record of the debate, trying to aggravate him more.
“Well, you know, listen, I was going to say we’ll go back, I don’t even know if the kids kept records, but we’re going to try to figure something out,” Strahan replied. The crew tried to do damage control, but that clearly didn’t work out. Of course, this isn’t the first time that Bradshaw had a little tiff with his coworkers.
The time when Michael Strahan fact-checked Terry Bradshaw
The recent altercation between the two happened ahead of the Green Bay Packers and Miami Dolphins game at Lambeau. Though Tua Tagovailoa is 1-7 in the games that had temperatures at 50 or below, the 2x Super Bowl MVP made a bold claim. He said that Tua wasn’t bothered by the cold weather. But you know how the game turned out.

“Mike McDaniel has got his quarterback back,” Bradshaw, 76, said. “Folks, you’re in for a treat tonight because the weather doesn’t bother Tua. This is going to be a fun game to watch.” Unfortunately for Bradshaw, Strahan kept receipts and immediately pointed to the infographics with Tua’s cold game stats.

The 1–7-win loss record of Tua’s cold games at 50 or below had Strahan saying, “The weather obviously bothers the man.” The 76-year-old was visibly upset at the clapback from Strahan. And he tried to diffuse the situation saying, “Think positive, Mike, positive!”
But Bradshaw’s troubles with his colleagues don’t end here. He had an altercation with Rob Gronkowski where Bradshaw pulled Gronk’s leg for his analysis of the Lions–Jags game. The former Patriots TE was there in lieu of Jimmy Johnson and upon hearing his pre-game analysis of the game, Bradshaw quoted, “The guy whose seat you’re sitting in right now, while he’s on vacation”.
Obviously, Gronk wasn’t having the disrespect as he’s been working at FOX since 2022. He decided to confront Bradshaw when he said, “I’m part of the show, Terry, okay? Where are you going with that?” The former Pats TE’s comments led Bradshaw to backpedal and apologize for the transgression.
