Taylor Swift started preparing for the Eras Tour six months before it kicked off in March. This included rehearsing, singing, and cardio accompanied by a healthy diet. She revealed the details in an interview with Time Magazine. To perform three times a week and give out the longest shows possible is an exceptional feat. One that Swift has managed to accomplish in the first leg of the Eras Tour.
Revealing the reason behind her dedication, the star said, “They [fans] had to work really hard to get the tickets. I wanted to play a show that was longer than they ever thought it would be, because that makes me feel good leaving the stadium.” However, to promise such an electrifying performance, it needs the backing of a solid preparation.
That is exactly what Tay-Tay did. She prepared herself by running on the treadmill and singing out the set list while doing it. Swift revealed, “Fast for fast songs, and a jog or a fast walk for slow songs” simultaneously training herself with strength, conditioning, and weight programs. She did three months of dance lessons too and started loving the choreography which she initially struggled with.
Additionally, during her interview, the star admitted that she stopped drinking alcohol for a couple of months except for the Grammy night. The 33-year-old star confessed, “I was really disciplined about drinking.” Looking at the tough routine, it isn’t hard to say that Taylor Swift is investing more than 100 percent in the Eras Tour.
She aims to give her fans and herself a good show like never before. Meanwhile, Travis Kelce is not far behind. His workout routine also looks demanding as the TE and Chiefs aim to dominate the gridiron.

The Chiefs’ tight end is known for his explosive performances on the gridiron. To train for that Super Bowl, the focus of Travis Kelce’s training is mostly on his lower body as loves doing squats multiple times. Sportsmanor also highlighted that he trains his arms by doing bicep curls and skull crushers for the triceps.

Additionally, the TE hits the deck and sprints for multiple sets. He starts with 3 sets of the 40-yard dash with a 30-second gap in between and gradually lowers it down to a 20-yard dash. The Chiefs‘ TE has also learned to include the activities in training rooms and rehab rooms into his workout routine.
