September 28. That is the date, the alleged ‘breakup contract’ between Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce claimed, when the two would announce their split. The Kansas City Chief tight end’s PR firm, Full Scope Public Relations, whose logo the leaked document carried, expectedly lambasted the papers, calling it “entirely false and fabricated”. Meanwhile, The 14-time Grammy winner attended both Kelce’s games since the document went public (September 5 vs. Baltimore and September 16 vs. Cincinnati). But the world is eager to hear from Taylor’s side. And why not? Just think how shocking the leaked document’s claims are.

The alleged paper basically plans out a timeline and strategy for Kelce and Swift’s breakup. The paperwork, which first leaked on Reddit, proposed to release an official statement, three days ‘post-breakup’ to “allow the initial media frenzy to settle and ensure clarity.” It also stated that the announcement would focus on Kelce’s ‘personal growth’ by framing the breakup as a ‘natural part of life’ while highlighting his “commitment to his career and his ongoing achievements in the sports industry.”

Doesn’t it sound enough to rattle the couple who has been dating since September last year? So were they. But The Midnight singer seems to be more interested in making things happen than giving out statements.

So, instead of issuing a public statement or condemning the act, she has chalked out a fresh strategy to prove the doubters wrong, according a report by Life and Style. According to a close source of hers, “Taylor’s really making a conscious effort to go with the flow a lot more now and let her hair down.” The source further explained what that means.

“When they first got together, she was a lot more focused on the timing of everything, when they’d have their first public date, their first public kiss, what their PR messaging would be. That’s her style, she micromanages her image and always has.” But according to the source, Taylor has shifted from that stand. At this point, she tends to be more natural, projecting her usual self. Need a proof?

“You can see the change just based on what she wore to the game. In the past she felt like she had to dress like the perfect NFL girlfriend and to her that meant head to toe team gear. This time she wore what she felt se*y in, she didn’t wear fan merch or team colors,” the source points out, referring to Taylor’s all-denim look at the Kansas City Chiefs season opener on September 5. So does that mean the fans are going to see more laid-back public moments from the couple? The answer is yes. And it is already happening.

Gone are those days when they would have date nights at home to avoid the glare of the spotlight. Remember their outing at the Lucali in Brooklyn on September 6? That was a part of the couple being more public and having fun, according to the source. And if that was not enough, on September 8, their appearance stole the show at the U.S. Open, where they kissed, danced and at one point passionately sang the 2003 Darkness song “I Believe in a Thing Called Love” to each other.

“That’s why they just popped up at a pizza place in New York [earlier in September], Travis wanted pizza and he wanted to hang with normal people like he always used to. And it turned out to be a great night, everyone was respectful and after the initial excitement they just blended in with the crowd and had a great time,” the source said about their recent outings. In fact, the source categorically promised that we are “going to see more of that as time goes on, with the two of them doing a lot more spontaneous things.” But hasn’t their public display of attention melted our hearts on many occasions?

Take, for example, the last of Taylor’s The Eras Tour concerts in Gelsenkirchen, Germany on July 19. Taylor stunned the crowd with a mashup of two old love songs: “Paper Rings” from 2019’s Lover album and “Stay Stay Stay,” which came out in 2012 and was re-released in 2021 on Red (Taylor’s Version).

“I like shiny things, but I’d marry you with paper rings, that’s right, you’re the one I want,” Taylor sang before switching to “Stay, Stay, Stay,” which includes the lyric, “That’s when you came in wearing a football helmet.” This left fans in a frenzy on social media, taking it as a clear hint that Swift wants Kelce to propose with a “shiny” ring at some point soon. If this was not enough, how can we forget how the two shared a kiss after Kelce’s 2024 Super Bowl victory? Kelce has played his part as well.

Although his presence on the mash-up evening in Germany would have been the icing on the cake, he missed that because he was traveling back for Chiefs training camp in Missouri. However, Kelce attended the 13th and 14th Eras Tour shows on July 17 and July 18. Prior to this, Kelce had surprised the swifties by performing with Taylor on stage during her June 23 show in London. Looking at all these one query is imminent. When are we going to see the ‘next phase’ of their relationship? If an insider is to be believed, that might not be far away.

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are serious about their future!

According to a US Weekly cover story, after more than a year of dating, they’re entering a new phase of their relationship as Swift’s record-breaking Eras Tour winds down. “Taylor and Travis are very committed and serious about their future. Taylor is ready for the next era of her life. She knows it will be special,” a source exclusively told the publication.

According to the source, Travis and Taylor are currently enjoying their break before Taylor embarks on the final dates of her tour in late October. The tour ends on December 8 after a 152-show run. And the source reveals that is when Taylor has plans to settle in. “Taylor has expressed how excited she is to settle down after her tour concludes. They’re on the same page,” one source mentioned. The other source went one step up.

“They both see marriage as something they want sooner rather than later, and they both want kids. Taylor has always [been excited by] the idea of marriage and starting a family. She just hadn’t found The One until now,” the second source added. According to them, Taylor is going to take a break after the tour ends and the next year is set for taking her relationship with Kelce further ahead. “That’s the plan for 2025. Taylor’s really eager to start the next chapter with Travis,” they revealed. Interestingly, if that much-awaited moment comes, their preacher is already set!

That’s none other than the ‘King of all the Swifties’! Yes you got that right, Flavor Flav we are talking of. “I think they’re going to be together for a while. I hope they [are], and if they get married, I want to be the preacher. I want to be the one that marries them,” he had told to US Weekly days back. Not only that, the legendary rapper has all the praise for Travis and Taylor.

Calling Taylor “such a great soul, such a great person” the legendary rapper expressed, “I’d love to one day sit down and have dinner with her and my boy, Travis Kelce.
