“Taylor Swift Is There”: Super Bowl-Bound Pop Queen Gets Solid Support From Patrick Mahomes’ Momma Randi Amidst “Negative Stuff”

For months now, much has been made about Taylor Swift and her involvement in the NFL. However, many people in the media and the NFL as well have stood up for her. Now Patrick Mahomes’ mother Randi Mahomes voiced her opinion on the ongoing debate, with a powerful statement.

Swift is dating the Kansas City Chiefs’ tight end Travis Kelce. Hence, the pop icon has attended games to support her man and his team on numerous occasions. However, some on the internet and NFL fans, do not find her participation worthwhile. And Randi just gave them a piece of her mind!

Taylor Swift has Mama Mahomes in her corner

“It’s making it a family event again”, said Randi in the presence of Swift at the games. She further added: “Not only are dads watching the games with their buddies, but now, their little girls are watching it with them. It makes it a family affair, bringing their families together”.

Randi was in Las Vegas for the NFL Honors: 2024, it is here she called out the naysayers on the 14X Grammy-winning artist. With the whole world tuning in to watch the games, Randi made sure to mention one category of audience, that is new to the NFL because of Swift.

“I hear all the negative stuff, but I’m like, I see these little girls at the game cheering just because Taylor Swift is there. They’re there doing a family moment when they wouldn’t normally,” said mama Mahomes wonderfully. However, she or Swift won’t be paying any attention to the haters anymore. With the Super Bowl just a few days away, their mindset will be a positive one!

Randi has seen the Chiefs go to the Super Bowl four times in the last 5 years. She has even witnessed the Chiefs defeat the San Francisco 49ers at Super Bowl LIV. But, this will be Swift’s first Super Bowl in the red & white of Chiefs.

And this one is poised to be the toughest one for the Chiefs in recent history. Their regular season form was troubling. However, they bounced back in the playoffs. Patrick Mahomes and Kelce would love to do it one more time for the special women in their lives.
