After the game ended, Quarterback Mayfield recognized Evans’ crucial role and shared his thoughts on it. He expressed a strong desire for his teammate’s continued presence in the team alongside himself. “If I’m back, I want Mike (Evans) back. That guy’s a stud,” Mayfield commented. Moreover, as Evans and Mayfield near the possibility of free agency, there’s growing curiosity about their future with the Buccaneers.
