The clock is ticking and Jordan Love‘s Packers must pull up their pants for a showdown against the top contender in the division – the Detroit Lions (11-1). It’s now a cutthroat competition for the Packers (9-3) to make or break into the playoffs. The next five games will decide their future. But fans don’t have to worry about their favorite team’s capabilities as a former Super Bowl champ is on their side. But not without a condition.
The Super Bowl XLVI winner Chris Canty has chimed in stating that the Packers can beat ‘any’ team in the NFL only if Jordan Love stands out. Talking about the Packers #10, Chris said, “We got to remember at the beginning of the season he was dealing with a knee injury, right? So, it makes sense why he is uneven in the first half of this year. But going back to last year from week 10 on including the playoffs, he had the best QBR in football.”
“The biggest question right now is Jordan Love. Jordan Love is starting to answer that question in the affirmative.”@ChrisCanty99 thinks the Packers can go on the road and beat anybody in the NFL. | @ESPNMilwaukee pic.twitter.com/FYsxHYvsYz

The 42-year-old legend continued, “Since his bye week, which was week 10, Jordan Love is 5th in QBR, 69% completion percentage, 6 total TDs to 1 interception. So, it has started to look like what we did in the second half of the regular season last year.” But Canty also has an important analysis for the 26-year-old QB, “We’ve seen the upside of Jordan and he’s at his best. He can spin it with the best of them. And if we get that version of Love that we saw in the second half of last year- the Green Bay Packers is the scariest team in the NFL.”
The former Jets lineman continued his emphasis on QB saying, “Not the Philadelphia Eagles, not the Detroit Lions, it’s the Green Bay Packers. The only question that we have on this team now is the quarterback. Because we believe in everything else. We believe in the WRs, Josh Jacobs, offensive line. We believe in the defense that is revamped by new defensive coordinator Jeff Hafley. The biggest question right now is Jordan Love. And he is starting to answer that question in the affirmative.” He also analyzed why having a home field is considered an advantage.
Fans are aware of Jordan’s struggles this season, but his impressive past suggests he’s aiming for bigger things this year as well. It’s important to consider how the Packers’ performance will pan out against the Lions.
