Stefon Diggs is in big trouble. The WR has already made headlines for his ongoing controversy with Mulan Hernandez. But a fresh twist has emerged in this story. The TV personality has already accused Diggs of domestic violence and assault. When the WR denied these claims, he revealed his side of the story. Mulan now claims that Diggs is lying about everything that happened.

Let’s start from the top. On June 7, Hernandez alleged that Stefon Diggs assaulted her, causing a concussion. She has been extremely public about it, stating that she will not be intimidated by anyone and will stand her position. On the other side, Diggs claims that Mulan Hernandez came to his house the same night to warn him that she was going to destroy his career. The WR argues that all of this is a hoax and never happened. But, Hernandez has now firmly repudiated all of these charges.

She spoke on the matter, “This is clearly an attempt to try and get ahead of the truth that is to come. I WILL NOT BE INTIMIDATED NOR SILENCED.” This was not it, as she revealed how difficult that night was for her. She explained that she is currently in the healing process from the “very traumatic” incident. Hernandez went on to describe how she is standing up not only for herself, but for all the women who have been victims of domestic violence. She stated, “Domestic violence is something I do not wish on anyone, and everything that is done in the dark will come to the light.”

While this was Mulan Hernandez’s version of the story, Stefon Diggs has a different claim. The complaint filed alleges that Hernandez assaulted the WR. Diggs alleged that Hernandez came to his house that night and hit him in the chest. Not only that, but Hernandez was reportedly carrying a lethal weapon and she used this weapon to threaten the WR. But the story doesn’t finish there; as the biggest twist was revealed by Diggs’ attorney.

Stefon Diggs claims that his relationship with Mulan Hernandez was casual

After Hernandez’s allegations, the lawsuit has taken numerous turns. One such turn came when Stefon Diggs’ attorney, Kent Schaffer, in the complaint, disclosed that the two of them had ended their relationship 7 months before the incident. Schaffer even stated that they were both in a casual relationship, and because it ended, these types of false charges are occurring. After all this, the lawsuit is currently on a seesaw, with either side able to turn in at any time.

Talking more about the lawsuit, it also includes some property damage issues against Hernandez. If we get into the specifics, the damaged property here is Diggs’ watch and computer. But this watch is not a normal one as it is estimated to be worth around $130,000. And since the PC was a gaming one, it will most likely cost a lot too.

But this was not all; the WR alleges that Hernandez’s allegations are intended to extract money from him. Diggs added that the case is being filed solely because Mulan Hernandez and her friend Brianna “Brii” Mack want millions of dollars from the WR.
