The way the Baltimore Ravens have bounced back this season is awe-inspiring. After starting with two straight losses, they’ve turned it around and are sitting pretty in second place in the AFC North with a 7-3 record. Quite impressive! We’re all well aware of Lamar Jackson‘s strong comeback and how he’s turned things around for the Ravens. It’s been talked about a lot. But do you know who else has emerged as a savior for the Ravens this season? Their RB, Derrick Henry.
Having spent seven years with the Tennessee Titans, he’s making his mark in his first season with the Ravens. As the Steelers gear up to take on the Ravens in their next matchup, their defensive coordinator, Teryl Austin, shared his thoughts on facing off against Derrick. “When you’re not playing him, he’s fun to watch. When you’re playing him, he’s probably not so fun,” said the Steelers coach.

The 30-year-old has scored a touchdown in every game he’s played this season. In a league where players usually slow down as they age, Henry’s been blowing everyone away with his performance. He’s in top shape and still putting up impressive stats.
That’s ‘King Henry‘ for you, known for his tough, bruising running style and pure dominance on the field. His knack for powering through tackles and breaking off huge runs makes him one of the most feared backs in the league. This season, Derrick Henry has rushed 102 times for 525 yards, averaging 6.3 yards per carry. To top it off, he scored 14 touchdowns, proving he’s still a dominant force in the NFL, even at 30.
When you love the game, age is just a number! And he is proving that point every time he takes the field. His passion for football hasn’t faded one bit. Not only is he putting up solid stats, but Henry is also on the verge of breaking an NFL record. Well, he has effectively shut down any doubters with his actions!

Derrick Henry is on the verge of claiming another record.
What’s your perspective on:
Can Derrick Henry's unstoppable force lead the Ravens to dethrone the Steelers in the AFC North?
Have an interesting take?
Derrick Henry’s got quite the trophy case, he won the Heisman Trophy in 2015; he is a four-time Pro Bowl selection, a two-time NFL rushing yards leader, and a two-time NFL rushing touchdowns leader. Impressive, isn’t it? Looks like he’s on track to add another achievement to his career. Having scored touchdowns in all 10 games he’s played this season, if he scores in his next game too, he’ll join an exclusive club of NFL stars who’ve done the same. Only three others have achieved this, O.J. Simpson in 1975, John Riggins in 1983, and Jerry Rice in 1987. Pulling it off could even boost his chances at the Pro Football Hall of Fame someday.
QB Lamar Jackson’s feeling pretty confident about Derrick pulling this off. “I think he can do it. I believe he can do it,” said Jackson when asked about if Henry could achieve this record. Looks like he’s already fitting in and making friends with his new teammates.

Whether Henry can keep his streak alive or not, we’ll find out soon enough. But it’s no easy task going up against the Steelers. They’re ruling the AFC North right now, sitting right above the Ravens. For context, the Steelers and Ravens are divisional rivals. The Steelers’ coach recently shared his thoughts on Lamar Jackson, praising his speed, agility, and playmaking skills. But the Steelers are in top form themselves, with both their defense and offense firing on all cylinders. Plus, their cornerback Cory Trice Jr. just returned to practice after his injury.
So, everyone better hold their breath because this matchup’s about to set the field on fire!
