The popular QB Jalen Hurts and his girlfriend Bryonna Burrows, together attended the University of Alabama, wherein their love blossomed. While Hurts was playing football between 2016-2018 at Alabama, before he transferred to the University of Oklahoma, Burrows was also around at the same time, studying political science and Spanish. She was reportedly a member of the Theta Sigma chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha sorority and received the honor of being Outstanding Junior for Order of Omega.
Later on, Bryonna went on to do her MBA from Alabama’s Manderson School of Business. She was also the vice president of the MBA Association and led her team to win the SEC Championship in 2019. The couple’s red carpet debut at the 2023 Time100 event was notably eye-catching. Even though she maintains a low profile on social media, she has caught the attention of Jalen Hurts’ fans. The couple took to make their public debut at the NFC Championship game on January 29, 2023, with Hurts first confirming the relationship in April last year.
Both Hurts and Burrows are deeply involved in philanthropic works. She has taken part in various coaching programs to teach undergraduate students. Apart from that, the quarterback has also been an open advocate against gun violence and has also taken up several steps to connect with front-line workers to help put a stop to it.
Gun violence has rippling effects across physical, social, & mental health for those impacted & beyond. I met with @PennMedicine’s Trauma Team, who are on the front lines caring for victims every day.
