While the Bills QB deserves all the praise, that doesn’t mean we don’t have other equally talented names in the league. The Chiefs’ star QB holds up an equal ground with solid numbers like 2,404 yards and 15 touchdowns so far. Mahomes is leading his team with a 9-1 record, keeping them in playoffs. He is putting in his best efforts for the team, reflecting clearly in his performance against the Denver Broncos. The guy scored 266 yards and 1 touchdown and helped the Chiefs score that win.

The two-time MVP’s numbers are also competitive with a 69.5% completion rate, but when put up against Jared Goff’s 73% they don’t hold that much. The Detroit Lion’s QB is also in the race with 2,942 yards and 20 touchdowns. The numbers are good, a clear reflection of the caliber he holds. And let’s not forget the previous year’s MVP winner Lamar Jackson. Baltimore Raven’s star QB is also in the NFL’24 MVP race with 2,876 yards, 25 touchdowns and a 67% completion rate.
The MVP race is far from over, and we still have a few good weeks of football left to play. Allen, Mahomes, Lamar and Goff will continue to battle for the supremacy among others. But for now, Mr. Smith’s vote seems to tip the scales in favor of Buffalo’s rising star QB. Now, who remains the last Quarterback standing, only time can tell.
