Had the Texans CB Kamari Lassiter not tackled Ravens RB Derrick Henry in the 2nd quarter, it would have been a Christmas shutout. They were totally dominant in the week 17 game. Everyone expected that the Ravens would win the matchup. However, what came as a surprise was the authority they showed. With this, the Ravens flock is expecting their team to go to the Super Bowl and also for Lamar Jackson to win the MVP.

While the quarterback recorded 10 of 15 passes (66.75 completion rate) in 168 passing yards with 2 touchdowns, his rusher teammate (Henry) also had 27 carries in 147 yards and 1 touchdown with a 5.4 average. Talking to Jamie Erdahl on the sidelines, he endorsed his signal caller for the MVP and said, “Oh yeah, He deserves it. He’s been doing this for a long time, and it’s only right for him to get a third one. The stats prove it.” That’s a huge push. But fans are expecting a competition between both. It’s a hilarious situation that any team would like to have.

King Henry arrived at the Ravens with a 2-year $16 million contract with $1.2 million fully guaranteed in the first year. In 15 games so far, he has scored 13 touchdowns already. So Lamar Jackson got an equally effective running back which has just raised the Ravens stock high. The game would be remembered for many years.

The Bills O-line has only allowed 17 sacks this season, leaving their signal caller with enough time to dictate plays. And the results have been great. Till week 17, they were the only team who defeated Chiefs (in week 11). Allen has shown his power in different conditions, leading them to a win against 49ers in the snow shower. For his stupendous performances this year, the Ravens QB is already on top of the Pro Bowl QB ratings. As of December 20, he was 2nd overall (behind Saquon Barkley) in the league with 122,950 votes.
