Ever since Sean McVay arrived at the Rams in 2017, he suffered a 35-32 defeat in 2020 and a 31-10 loss in 2022 against the Bills, but this year was different. He managed to secure his first win over them by 44-42. However, Josh Allen has earned respect for his dominating performance in the week 14 matchup against the Rams. And the head coach praised him for that.
Just a 5-word message in the post-game conference was enough to show that the Rams HC was in awe of the quarterback that was, “Josh Allen is an Alien.” That’s a wholehearted endorsement for the Bills QB to win MVP. The coach further added, “That’s why he’s so respected the way he is.” That’s right. However, the Rams also deserve credit for ending the Bills’ 7-game winning streak.
Their defense did really well to hold off the rivals in the first 3 quarters, allowing them to only score 7 points in each quarter. While the Rams’ O-line scored 7 in the first, 17 in the second, and 14 in the 3rd quarter. At the end of the 3rd quarter, the score read 38-21. But then Josh Allen came with a whirlwind performance.

He led the Bills to score 21 points in the 4th quarter while the Rams could only manage 6 points. But the Rams won and now have a 7-6 record. While the HC seemed relaxed after the win, fans were happy with his praise for the Bills QB. It wasn’t unexpected.
The HC had praised the Bills QB on December 5 as well when he had called him special and said, “When things go off schedule, that’s when you see what a special player he is. He can beat you with his mind.” The HC also praised his physical power and added, “He can beat you with his arm. He can beat you with his legs. Those are recipes for why he is, deserves all the accolades and all the praise and credit that he gets.” That’s the perfect analysis of Josh Allen.
His style of playing not only includes passing the pigskin but also rushing ahead. His power makes it easier for the Bills to dominate in any situation.
