The Eagles have taken a flight after Lincoln Financial Field’s win over Matt LaFleur‘s Packers. Saquon Barkley-led Eagles just pummeled the Packers with a 22-10 win. But as the team is now eager to fight in the divisional round, the Eagles superstar running back had some strong words to say post-game.

So, after the wild-card game, Barkley was in the locker room, having a conversation with the reporters. When he was asked about the future strategy and the upcoming divisional round, his response was pointy! Saquon Barkley said, “We gotta be our biggest critic and that’s what we are gonna do and see when it can improve on.” That was bold. But he didn’t stop there.

The RB further threw a subtle punch at reporters, saying, “But at the end of the day opinions are best for for you only.” And continued, “Only thing really matters- how we win. Whether we throw 400 yards or rush with 49 yards will win the game 3-0. I don’t give a f***.” That’s Barkley’s simple, clearer but dangerous take on the next three games in the playoffs. A warning to the rest of the 7 franchises in the divisional round.

Do the Eagles have the skill to win the divisional, conference, and super bowl games? No doubt about it. If you ask anyone, which team has crazy offense and defense, here is the package- the Philadelphia Eagles. The football world has already watched Saquon Barkley’s insane mindset and plays in the wild-card game.

The Eagles No.26 made 25 rushing attempts and was able to gain 119 yards. He averaged for a 4.8-yard gain per rush. But if we look at the bigger picture, that’s not what Barkley is known for. He’s mean at gaining rushing yards. Barkley was 1st in the regular season with 2005 yards, which was only 101 yards short of Eric Dickerson‘s 2,105 rushing yards record. And if that’s not enough to not underestimate the running back, it’s a fact that he also tops rushing attempts.

Actually, more than Saquon Barkley’s verbal message to the seven franchises in the playoffs, his stats are more than enough to give a warning.

The best thing the Eagles did was they didn’t let the ball turnover. And that’s why the head coach Nick Sirianni praised quarterback Jalen Hurts. After the game when asked about Hurts, Nick Sirianni said, “We struggled a little bit as an offense…We didn’t have the game we wanted to have. Jalen Hurts is a winner. He wins. Nobody can argue that.”

But if we look at Jalen Hurts’ stats, the picture is different. At the start of the first quarter, he passed a touchdown throw to Jahan Dotson. But then he struggled to even complete the pass. Hurts completed the first six passes with a 100% completion rate. But then he struggled to complete the passes. Hurts threw consecutive seven incomplete passes in the first half! Shocking fact, right?

But Saquon Barkley and Co. go into the deep jungles of the playoffs, seven teams are out there to catch the Eagles’ only this mistake. To set the speculations aside, the Eagles are only three games away from winning the Super Bowl.
