Another week has brought another major controversy in the NFL world. And this time, it centers around veteran quarterback Aaron Rodgers. For those who missed it, there has been an ongoing argument between Ryan Clark and Rodgers. And while the Jets player hasn’t said much about Clark. Recently, he did share his thoughts on the Pat McAfee Show. And boy! It has made matters worse.

On the show, A-Rod maintained his confidence in himself, dismissing all of the negative statements about him as nothing more than hatred. The QB indicated that he believes he still has some football left in him, and that is what is important to him.

Ryan Clark, on the other hand, commented on X, alleging that the QB was simply making a defensive statement. Former football safety remarked that Aaron Rodgers’ statement had little impact on him. However, Pat McAfee’s statements are what hurt him.

The Legend’s tweet read, “I’m not too concerned with Aaron, but Pat did mention jealousy, dropped some eff bombs about the $ he’s made… Good for him, I love what he’s created. I have no issue with him paying Aaron. I have an issue with Aaron behaving like he’s not paid to do exactly what the people he’s talking about do!”

But wait, this is not it! When fans began to speculate that Ryan Clark may have been offended by Aaron Rodgers and Pat McAfee’s words. The former football safety was denying that too. He explained that it was Pat McAfee’s statements that bothered him because Clark never said anything about him.

In this controversy, Clark also mentioned that he and McAfee were almost the same. Clark hosts The Pivot podcast, which has invited a number of well-known guests. And while Pat’s new show has generated a lot of anticipation and rapid success. It does not provide him the right to disparage an NFL legend. While all of this is going on, fans are confused about one thing. Isn’t Ryan Clark the one who began it all by criticizing Rodgers?

For those who haven’t noticed, A-Rod has been chastised for his poor performance in recent weeks. As a result, he received a lot of bad feedback, but Ryan Clark went above and beyond. For the time being, Rodgers’ performance seemed to have put an end to any harsh opinions about him. However, if he wants all of these controversies to be resolved, the quarterback must play a good game consistently.
