So, when on Sunday she shared a story tagging Annie Lawless, the co-founder of Suja Juice and founder of Lawless Beauty, it wasn’t just another snap. Ciara wrote, “Good times. You inspire me.” The Level Up songstress has always been about celebrating the women around her.

As a matter of fact, Annie Lawless is a holistic health coach from San Diego who founded Suja Juice in 2012. An alum of Arizona State University, Annie launched her makeup brand, Lawless Beauty, in 2017. Just a month after Lawless Beauty launched, Annie Lawless sat down for an interview with Forbes. I was inspired to create a brand that fills this major need in the beauty space for clean, toxin-free makeup with beautiful ingredients that work and give makeup-loving women and men the performance, quality, wear time, finish, and packaging they want, need and expect,” she shared, talking about how Lawless Beauty’s origin.

Just like she did with Annie Lawless, Ciara has always been supportive of the women around her. From Serena Williams to Ashley Graham, she often shares sneak peeks of her female friendships with her followers. In 2024, she posted a photo with Serena Williams, Ashley Graham, Mindy Grossman, and other friends. Cici captioned it, “Nothing better than being amongst your friends and women that inspire you! So much fun sharing our stories and goals in one room!” And Ciara’s support for her friends isn’t the only thing she’s been sharing lately.

The Body Party songstress also took to IG to tease her new music, giving fans a glimpse of what’s coming next.

Ciara’s got new music on the way

It’s been over a year since Ciara last released her most recent single, Fantasy, which dropped in 2023. Both Russell Wilson and Ciara’s fans have been eagerly waiting for her to release a new album or single. Well, the wait is finally over! Queen CICI is dropping a new single in April. On Friday, the 39-year-old announced the news on IG, revealing her new track, titled “ECSTASY.” She looked stunning on the cover, rocking a red leather bodysuit. “ECSTASY out 4/4!! Pre-Save Now! 💋,” she captioned the post.

In a video that’s making rounds online, Cici describes “Ecstasy” as “the big sister to Promise & Ride“, referencing two of her popular hits. Now, this could mean that “Ecstasy” will have a similar vibe or theme to her sensual, slow-groove tracks Promise and Ride, both known for their smooth R&B beats and seductive energy.

Well, it looks like Cici’s “Ecstasy” will carry the same intimate, moody, and alluring feel. The new track is set to be released on April 4.
