The Baby2Baby Gala is one of the most renowned charity events in Hollywood. And that’s exactly why there wasn’t any shortage of star power at the Gala on November 11, at Pacific Design Center in Los Angeles.

Just like husband Russell Wilson, wife Ciara is also winning the hearts of millions but for her off-field heroics. Known for her passion for helping society in whichever way possible, the multi-Grammy Award-winning R&B singer raised massive funds for children in poverty on Monday.

The Gala honored Charlize Theron with the Giving Tree Award and helped raise $17.1 million for all the children who are in need of support. Ciara shared an IG story along with a caption that read, “Let’s go Baby2Baby, what a blessing”.

Apart from Ciara and Charlize Theron, celebrities like Kelly Rowland, Vanessa Bryant, Jessica Alba, Jenna Dewan, and Katy Perry, among many others, were at the Gala to help raise funds for the children. It’s always good to see elites standing up and backing the people in need, as this is truly how the world should ideally function.

Wilson and his wife follow this to the core, as they are always seen at the front of any charitable event to help out the rest of society. In 2014, the couple created their foundation “Why Not You Foundation“, and later changed its name to “The Russell Wilson Foundation“. It has been the primary means for them to give something back to the society. And the fans are pretty happy to see the Wilsons fighting and helping to build a better society for a better tomorrow.

Ciara Wilson shares heartfelt message to fellow Baby2Baby angels

After raising $12 million in 2023, Ciara has created a record for the Baby2Baby foundation by helping raise $17.1 million for the noble cause of helping poverty-stricken children. However, Steelers QB’s wife wasn’t alone as she was joined by many of her Hollywood friends turned ‘Baby2Baby angels‘ to help those in dire need.

Following the successful Gala on Monday, Ciara shared a video on her Instagram along with a heartfelt message for her friends Norah Weinstein and Kelly Sawyer for helping her reach this massive amount which would be used for “providing essentials to mothers and children in poverty across America.” She captioned, “What an honor it was to join my fellow Baby2Baby Angels for a historic night at the Baby2Baby Gala! 17M Raised!! Norah Weinstein Kelly Sawyer it’s truly a blessing for us all to be on this amazing journey with you ladies….

Well, this is not the first time the Wilsons have stood up to help their community. During the QB’s time in Seattle, he and his wife both worked with children’s hospitals and organizations. Even during the pandemic, when the world was shut, their doors for the ones who needed help were always open. Wilson paid thousands of dollars to the food banks during those times. For his generous contribution to the community, he received the Walter Payton Man of the Match in 2020.

Last year the couple donated $1m to foundations across the state of Colorado. After donating, the QB said that he feels himself to be fortunate to give back to the community and help the ones who have the potential to do much better with just a bit of help.
