Russell Wilson is winning on the field and off it. The Wilsons have welcomed another member to their family as the Broncos QB’s wife Ciara gave birth to a daughter. However, the Denver Broncos have a demanding schedule ahead, and they are going against the Detroit Lions soon. Wilson prioritized his time in the wake of the developments, and it feels like winning on the field is more important to him now.

The Broncos’ QB came out in the press conference and talked about the gift of winning in this life. Also, because of a tough schedule ahead, Wilson dropped some pointers about what he will do soon to ensure that the Broncos are in the playoff conversation.

Amora Princess Wilson was born on Monday, and fortunately, Russell Wilson was with Ciara when his daughter entered the world. The presser started, and everyone congratulated him for obvious reasons. The Broncos were going against the Chargers, and Ciara was expecting the baby at any moment. So, Wilson felt a bit of relief that the delivery happened in LA.

The QB mentioned that having four kids was a blessing and said it was a good feeling to be in that position. But then, a reporter asked him, “If it happened earlier, would you have missed the game, or what would have happened there?” Surprisingly, Wilson took little time to answer this question and said, “I would have gone to the game; we got winning to do,” without hesitation.

He may be right because Wilson cannot afford to miss the game, and the Broncos’ playoff dreams are at stake here. The team had a horrible 1-5 start, but now, they are 7-6 and might enter the playoff conversation based on how they handle things in the future.

With four more weeks to go, the Broncos might just make it to the playoffs, but they have two significant challenges ahead.

Well, for starters, their next game is against the Detroit Lions, one of the strongest contenders in the league with a 9-4 record. Then there is the game with the LA Chargers, who are 5-8 and equally desperate for the win. Though they just beat the Chargers, the LA team might look for revenge and be hell-bent on demolishing this Denver team.

But Wilson might have some newfound motivation to enter the next few matches. The recent addition to his family might boost his morale in the future. The other two games are against the Raiders and the Patriots, which might not be an enormous deal for this Denver offense.
