Imagine rewinding the calendar two months back. You could see Russell Wilson desperately searching for a ‘giant’ anchor to stop his ship in the vast ocean of free agency. From the Steelers again to visiting the Browns, he worked hard to get in. There was also a possibility he would have landed nowhere; but defied everything.

The New York Giants pulled him over and accepted his massive contract demand of one year. They added him to the squad of Jameis Winston. The guy is happy as hell to return to the MetLife stadium where he won the SB. In fact, his recent Instagram story says, “Good things are coming.” He is now enjoying his time away from his football life.

On Monday, the Giants’ QB shared his Superstar wife Ciara’s Instagram story with unique and funny captions. That featured Wilson’s grandma as well. The music icon is currently busy doing the Defy Gravity Challenge, which is also a part of her new album ‘CiCi’

Though the album will be released on July 11 this year, Ciara’s ‘Defy the Gravity Challenge’ is going viral. And you know what? Russ Wilson’s grandmother became a part of it. Wilson shared his wife’s story of the ‘defy gravity challenge’ where a hilarious overlay text was: “POV: Ciara got my 75-year-old grandma doing the Defy Gravity Challenge omfg.” And hold on—Wilson had more to say.

It was probably a fan’s video on TikTok that Ciara reposted on her IG Stories. And Wilson couldn’t help but re-share the video, where Ciara was doing the challenge with a foldable chair—alongside a 75-year-old grandma doing the same. Wilson’s story read: “Ahhh hell babe… Look what you started 😂😂😂.” He also added, “Y’all, this one done took me out!! Yasss! 75 years!! Wow!! LOL 😂😂😂,” after watching the grandma floating on a foldable chair, defying gravity.

The “Defy Gravity” challenge originally started on TikTok a while ago. But Ciara took it further—and added her own flair. Her wavelike leg movement is making waves across social media. The challenge went viral, and even a 75-year-old grandma couldn’t resist trying it.

Russell Wilson’s wife’s ‘ecstatic’ moment at Times Square

Since 39-year-old star Ciara dropped her single Ecstasy, Russell Wilson’s wife is once again showing the world a big picture—literally. The single is part of her label, CiCi, and honestly, it’s a banger on its own and a solid reason to celebrate. Talking about the single and her CiCi album, Ciara said, “On every album, having the ultimate slow R&B record is always a must for me. We call it baby-making music where I’m from! I can’t wait for the world to see the video and experience Ecstasy with me! The CiCi Way!” It’s exciting, indeed.

Now, the countdown is on until July 11. Until then, we’ll be watching to see if Russell Wilson and his wife drop more updates—or surprises.
